Role: Lead Creative Producer and Managing Editor
Problem: Airbnb Plus wanted a way to celebrate the host community.
Solution: Create a print journal that features and elevates Airbnb Plus hosts, their stories and their craft.

My role as Creative Producer was to champion this project proposal, secure buy-in and budget for the production of this journal across internal stakeholders. As Managing Editor I sourced the artists, illustrators and copywriters. Coordinated the archival search of existing photo content, retouching and delivery of files. Sourced and worked closely with the printer and designer on the selection of paper and print methods as well as packaging and delivery of over 2,000 copies to hosts in the US.
